Your data & your control

Trust is a system too. Here is ours.

Putting AI into a business raises fair questions: where does my data go, who sees it, what happens if it gets something wrong. Straight answers below — the same rules apply to every client, every build, no exceptions.

01

Where your data lives

Your business data is stored in Australia, in a Sydney data region, encrypted at rest and in transit. It does not leave the country to be processed somewhere you have never heard of. When a system we build for you needs AI, your account and your keys are used — so your usage, your costs and your data relationships belong to you, not to us.

02

Who can see it

Every client's systems and data are kept separate — separate credentials, separate access, no shared pools. Inside the studio, access follows one rule: only what the current job needs. Nothing about your business is ever shown to another client, used as an example, or published without your written OK.

03

A person approves everything

Automation drafts; a human approves. Quotes, emails to your customers, anything public-facing — a person reviews it before it sends. The systems we build for you work the same way: they prepare the work, you (or someone you nominate) press go. Nothing goes live without your OK.

04

What we never do

We never use your data to train AI models. We never sell it, share it, or mine it. We never take payments or move money on your behalf. We never make changes to your live business systems without agreed access and a rollback plan. And we never lock you in — every system is documented so it can outlive us.

05

Everything is reversible

Every change we make is recorded before and after, so it can be undone. Every system has an off switch you control. If something looks wrong, it can be stopped in seconds — and the record shows exactly what happened, in plain english.

06

The exit is part of the deal

If you leave, your data, your accounts and full documentation of what was built are handed back to you. Fixed quotes mean no surprise bills on the way in; a clean handover means no hostage situation on the way out.

In writing, before you pay

Every proposal spells out what we build, what it costs, what data it touches and how to switch it off — in plain english. We handle personal information in line with Australian privacy law, and we will answer any question about our setup honestly, including "we don't do that yet."

If your business has its own rules — an industry code, a client confidentiality requirement, a no-cloud policy for certain records — tell us. Systems get built around your rules, not the other way around.
